With a vast experience of more than in the corporate sector in multiple roles in various spheres like real estate, FMCG, Insurance, Timeshares. He has always been a passionate trainer throughout his career. In 2023, driven by a strong belief that meaningful success is built on life skills, mindset and purposeful hands-on guidance. he co-founded Creative Miles along with his partner Mr. Rajesh. As the Chief training resource, Sandeep along with his team focusses on building confidence, clarity, and capability enabling individuals and institutions to create sustainable growth and long-term Impact.
